As an Elderplan member, you may also be eligible to use your Over-the-Counter card to purchase select healthy food items such as milk, beans, rice, fruits and vegetables at participating stores, home delivered meals and apply it toward rent/mortgage assistance, internet, wireless and utility bill payments, community rides, gas, parking and tolls. In order to activate this feature, we are required to ask a few health-related questions to determine eligibility.
